Who We Are
We Believe that Good Design Is Not Exclusive but Inclusive
Good design is universal, considering everyone – from all backgrounds and walks of life
Why We’re Here
Eone pronounced like the letter “E” and the number “1”
Eone was founded with an innovative spirit and an unwavering mission: to create fashionable products that are accessible for everyone. Pronounced e (like the letter) and one (like the number), our name Eone is short for everyone, reflecting our desire to serve everyone.
Our debut product – The Bradley Timepiece – was created to accommodate both sighted and vision impaired users equally. Since The Bradley doesn’t require sight to tell time, we call it a timepiece instead of a watch. Not only are our timepieces fashionable for everyone, they are functional for everyone, too.
The Bradley allows you to check time discreetly during meetings, interviews, dates, dinner with in-laws, or in dark movie theaters. If you’re vision impaired, you don’t need to rely on the intrusive talking watches or fragile, inaccurate tactile watches. The Bradley is a better timepiece for all.
In July 2013, we ran a Kickstarter campaign that became one of the top-funded design campaigns on the site. While our crowdfunding goal was $40,000, we successfully raised nearly $600,000 from 3,861 backers across 65 countries. We are so grateful to our Kickstarter community for helping us bring The Bradley to market! We look forward to introducing future products focused on inclusive design.
