Exchange Program

You’ve loved your Bradley since the moment you received it, but now you’re ready for something new. Our Exchange Program service allows you to trade in your well-loved Bradley timepiece for a gift card to be used towards your next purchase.

Here's how it works

1. Read the questions below
2. Fill out the form which includes proof of your original purchase from Eone or an authorized Eone retailer.
3. After you submit your form, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for you to print.
4. Ship us your timepiece.
5. Once we receive your timepiece, we’ll email you a gift card that you can use toward purchase of a brand new Bradley timepiece.

Common Questions

Who can participate in this program?

Currently only customers who have a US or Canadian address may participate in the program. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future. You must be the original owner of the Bradley and have proof of purchase from an order number from eone-time.com or from an authorized retailer.
What happens after I fill out the form?

Our team will verify your order and email you with a shipping label within 2 business days.
I’ve sent my Bradley to you, what’s next?

Once your package has been delivered, our team will process your Bradley and within 2 business days you’ll get an email with your gift card.
Where can I use the gift card?

Gift cards can only be used on our US shop.
