Sent the wrong watch, zero response from the company. Had to file fraud with my bank.

This was purchased to replace the exact same model from 10 years ago, which recently stopped working. The quality of the watch that arrived is noticeably cheaper than the original. The edges are sharper, the middle dial is less pronounced and difficult to feel, and the watch band is cheaper and stiffer. I immediately followed the steps to return the watch as listed on the website, but I never heard back. The return window is incredibly small, only 14 days. It has been a month since reaching out via email, the eone website, and social media, and I have not received a response. There is no return address or phone number listed anywhere on the website, packaging or receipt, so there is no way to receive a refund other than a credit card chargeback. The only communication I've received from eone is a request to "highlight some of the compliments" with regards to this purchase, but I can't find a single positive thing to say. Do not purchase from eone unless you are comfortable with overpaying for a watch from a company who will never respond to you or honor their return or warranty policies.

I love my watch. But it does not keep time. I wear it because I like the way it looks. Unfortunately everyone that asks me about it hears, yeah, it doesn't keep time. Customer service has not gotten back to me after multiple emails over a seven month time period. Not a single reply has been sent to me.

Could you help me with a refund? I bought this for my Mom, who is blind, but she is unable to use this. The ballbearing moves every time she tries to touch and find it. It’s a very nice watch, but unpractical for her. I’ve tried to get a hold of customer service, which there isn’t one. And not even a phone number. I did return it priority mail within the two week window, but it was sent back to me because nobody was at this address to sign for it. I’m very disappointed. My order # is 24077. [****]

I can’t believe you’re wanting a review after turning this over to the Better Business Bureau. I return this in Watch priority mail within the two week window because my mother, who is blind, was unable to use it. But of course the company address is no good and there is absolutely no customer service or phone number to speak with anyone. I would like my money back. Order # 24077. A blind person cannot use this watch because if they go to feel for the ball bearing it moves. So after it moves, they have to try to feel for it again, and it moves. There’s no way for a blind person to tell time with this.watch. Hyungsoo Kim is the owner/founder. And I would like him to stand behind his products return and refund policy.
