BEST watch for my daughter who has vision impairment. She can independent and quietly find out the time. She absolutely loves this watch. The blue band is great and the face is a very funky steel colour. Highly recommend.

This was purchased to replace the exact same model from 10 years ago, which recently stopped working. The quality of the watch that arrived is noticeably cheaper than the original. The edges are sharper, the middle dial is less pronounced and difficult to feel, and the watch band is cheaper and stiffer. I immediately followed the steps to return the watch as listed on the website, but I never heard back. The return window is incredibly small, only 14 days. It has been a month since reaching out via email, the eone website, and social media, and I have not received a response. There is no return address or phone number listed anywhere on the website, packaging or receipt, so there is no way to receive a refund other than a credit card chargeback. The only communication I've received from eone is a request to "highlight some of the compliments" with regards to this purchase, but I can't find a single positive thing to say. Do not purchase from eone unless you are comfortable with overpaying for a watch from a company who will never respond to you or honor their return or warranty policies.

Ordered about a month ago and haven't received the watch yet. No response from the company even after multiple emails.

I have a few watches but the Bradley is my favourite. This is actually the second I have bought. My first one died after many years of loyal service, probably as a result of me repeatedly leaving it at night next to my phone, which had a magnetic clip in the case. So my advice to others would to be very careful with magnets, even magnets which are fairly weak. It would be great if Eone could keep more canvas straps in stock, the choice on the website always seems to be very limited. I saw an amazing pink strap on the website once but it was out of stock and I would have bought it in a heartbeat if it was available.

I've had my watch for a few years and loved wearing it. Unfortunately the top fell off one day and I reached out to support about how the repair process goes and questions about other newer models fully ready to replace the watch as I loved it so much. But it's bizarre. I receive no response to several emails. I even tried reaching out on one of their socials and no response either
